London Design & Build is a Philadelphia-based design-build firm specializing in high-end residential renovations and new construction. We handle design and construction together — which means what gets envisioned is actually what gets built, without the gaps that come from splitting those two things apart.
We work on projects we're proud of: kitchens, bathrooms, basement transformations, and full home builds. Every job is hands-on, every finish is deliberate, and no detail gets passed off.

Alex Davis-Booth — Owner & Founder
Alex Davis-Booth founded London Design & Build on a simple premise: that the best results happen when the person who designs a project is also the person who builds it.
With nearly 25 years of experience in residential design and construction, Alex brings a builder's instinct to the design process and a designer's eye to the build. Originally from the United Kingdom, he's spent the better part of his career working on homes in the Philadelphia area — learning what these houses need, what their owners want, and how to get from one to the other without losing anything along the way.
